Entry and Closing Dates:
Opens March 1, 2004 and
closes August 10, 2004. No
entries will be accepted after
the closing date. At the
conclusion of the entry period
and after the field has been
determined, entry fees received
from players who have not
qualified for play, will be
refunded.
Entry Fee: $340 per team
(Cart fees
are included for the 5 nine hole
matches of tournament play)
Format: 5 Nine-Hole
Matches- 3 Nine-Hole Matches on
Day 1 and 2 Nine-Hole Matches on
Day 2. Points will be awarded
for all wins and ties.
Practice Rounds and
Registration:
Practice Round- August 30
Practice Round Fee of $30 to be
paid in Pro-Shop.
Registration- August 30
Field and Requirements:
The field will be limited to
the first 48 team entries
received. If on any day more
entries are received then space
will allow, a lottery will be
held to fill the remaining
places in the field. The
remainder of those entries will
be placed on a waiting lost in
order of the draw.
Handicap Requirements &
Flights:

The maximum handicap index
allowed will be 34.0 for each
player.

The handicap differential
between partners may be no
more than eight (8) strokes.
If the differential is more
than eight (8) ) strokes, the
higher handicap will be
reduced to allow for the eight
(8) stroke difference.

Flights will be determined by
the updated, combined course
handicap of the team.

Flights will comprise of teams
with the same or similar
combined course handicaps.

Strokes will be given based on
lowest handicapped player in
each Match.
Yardage:
One set of tees of moderate
yardage will be used.
Prizes:
In the event of ties, winners
will be determined by the team
with the most holes won during
the five (5) matches.
