Register your HOLE-IN-ONE

For 2007, the FWSGA has proposed a new benefit for our members. As an active member of the FWSGA, you will be entitled to receive a complimentary personalized certificate commemorating your HOLE-IN-ONE event. In order to receive your personalized certificate, we will need you to download the HOLE-IN-ONE Registration form and return it to the FWSGA offices. This will register your HOLE-IN-ONE and will ensure that your HOLE-IN-ONE is listed in the FWSGA “Fore” Newsletter.
