Caldabaugh’s Win FWSGA Summer
Mixed Team Championship
 Tama
and KC Caldabaugh shot a
combined total of 4-under par to
win the FWSGA Summer Mixed Team
Championship. PGA GC-South
Course hosted the Championship
June 3-4th.
After
the first day of four-ball
stroke play, Tama and KC, of
Ponte Vedra Beach were two shots
out of the lead shooting a first
round of 1-under par 71.
Leaders after day one were
Charlie and Leslie Babb, Naples
with a 3-under par 69. In the
final round the Caldabaugh’s
shot a 3-under par 69, to win
the event by 1 shot. Charlie
and Leslie Babb shot a 69-72-141
and Patsy and Phillip Ehret shot
72-69-141 to finish one shot
back. In the second flight,
Kalani and Dom Meffe, of
Windermere, won the flight after
shooting a 75-71-146. The third
flight featured Vickie and
Parker Stafford, of Tarpon
Spings, winning after they shot
a 78-74-142. In the fourth
flight Marion and George Wicker,
of Palm Beach Gardens, shot a
83-76-159 to place first in
their flight. The teams were
flighted after the first round
of play.
