FWSGA Attends Bi-Annual Women's Conference

FWSGA Executive Director Kelly Tarala and President Susan Rampelberg attended the Bi-Annual Women's Round Table Meeting March 14-15 in Phoenix, AZ.  The two day meetings which included all the major women's state golf associations focused on all the issues facing women's amateur golf.  The meetings were a great opportunity to learn what other women's golf associations are doing for the game.  The agenda also  included a USGA overview from regional director Maggie Giesenhagen (pictured far right), information from the USGA Foundation regarding the LPGA Junior Girls' Program as well as major issues facing all women's associations.  This was the first time for the FWSGA to attend the conference and it proved to be a very worth while experience.
