JR. Girls’ Scholarship Fund Holiday Tournament

Help our Jr. Girls’ Scholarship Fund.

Entry our 1^st annual Holiday Charity Golf Tournament.  Your entry fee is tax deductible.

When:     Sunday, December 12, 2004

Where:    Lake Buena Vista Golf Club at Disney World, Orlando

Format:  18 hole scramble.  4-person team can be mixed or all female.   

              (Membership in FWSGA not a requirement)    

              Prizes will be awarded to mixed and all female teams. 

Entry Fee:  $400 per team (make checks payable to Jr. Girls’ Scholarship Fund)

Entry Deadline is December 5, 2004.
