District Tournament entry forms are now available on the FWSGA website.  Participants may print the form from the Web and send it to the district tournament director with completed information and appropriate fee.  To download an entry form select "Tournaments" to reach the District Tournament link and then "Print Entry Forms".  We hope to see all our individual members at a district tournament this year.
