By joining the FWSGA today you are able to help support the continued growth of women’s golf in Florida. The Florida Women’s State Golf Association has a long history of promoting and protecting the game of golf in Florida and serves the game through:
- Conduct golf competitions, including eight State Championships and eight one-day district tournaments.
- Raise funds to support the FWSGA Junior Scholarship Fund and award scholarships to young women attending Florida Institutions of higher education.
- Work in conjunction with the USGA to conduct seminars on the Rules of Golf, Handicapping, and Course Rating.
- Maintain and train women’s course rating teams to service our member clubs state-wide.
- Provide a communications network for women golfers within the State, via the FWSGA Yearbook, FWSGA Newsletters, and FWSGA website www.fwsga.org.

Enclosed is a copy of The 2010 Yearbook. Included in the Yearbook is general history of our organization and championships, entry forms into all of our 2010 championships, and an extra membership application to pass along.

Online Registration
Log on and register for any of FWSGA’s championships and district tournaments or renew your Individual Membership. Along with on-line registration our website will be updated to provide: Course scorecards, driving directions, player lists and profiles, pairings and starting times for each round, a schedule of events, daily results and much more.
Newsletter
You will regularly receive the FWSGA newsletter, “FORE,” as well as other mailings throughout the year.
Tournaments
As an Individual Member, you are eligible to play in any of our nine state championships or any of our one-day district tournaments.
Added Incentives
The new added incentives for becoming a 2010 Individual Member include access to play at FWSGA member clubs for an allocated price, priority entry into tournaments, no convenience fees and discounted fees when withdrawing from tournaments.
