Junior Scholarship Fund
The Junior Girls’ Scholarship Fund was created in 1994 and awarded its first scholarship in 1995. The Fund’s mission is to provide financial assistance to college or university bound women with an interest in golf. Applicants must be:
  • Residents of Florida
  • Attending an accredited Florida college or university
  • Have an interest in golf, but cannot be skilled enough to qualify for an athletic scholarship
  • Must maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher to retain the scholarship
  • Junior Scholarship Application

The FWSGA is dedicated to continuing and increasing fundraising to support scholarship grants. Through donations received with individual memberships, memorial contributions, personal gifts and programs such as “Penny-A-Stroke,” various club level events and district tournaments, we have been successful.
